BWProductions Professional Photography provides a wide variety of services for both corporate clients as well as Educational Institutions. A large part of their business is focused on graduation photos for College & University Students. Insight Design was brought in to redesign the company website and build a specialized online photo ordering and order management application. The company had previously been doing photo proof ordering via mail orders. Bringing the services online has saved BWProductions a large amount of time and cost. 

Students are able to login with unique identification codes, can view photo proofs online and submit photo package orders for themselves, family and or friends. Orders and order management are reviewed and processed via an online interface by BW staff. The system has been a huge success for BW. Students like the ease of online ordering and the time and cost savings for BW have allowed them to streamline their workflow.
